Wa... yesterday de NAPFA sucks like hell...... I pass the 5 items with almost flying colours only the 2.4km ran i fail by about 2mins cos i cannot get into rhythm .... sad....

Nvm I am not going to try the 2.4km again... the person who took my number of rounds went into hiding when other recording people actually encouraged and cheered the others to go on .... sad....
